LC-MS Lab
The Clinical pharmacology LC-MS lab develops quantitative bioanalytical methods to measure endogenous and exogenous compounds (drugs/metabolites or other xenobiotics) in a range of (bio)fluids to support clinical research of the Clinical Pharmacology group as well as external collaborators. Our lab is equipped with two tandem LC-MS/MS systems, one an Exion AE LC system coupled to a Sciex 5500+ mass spectrometer, the second a Shimadzu Prominence LC couple to a Sciex 5500 QTrap mass spectrometer.
